If a Lab Manager VM is removed via vCenter or an ESX host goes offline, the Lab Manager database will be out of sync resulting in an orphan or stuck object in the database and in Lab Manager. To resolve this matter and bring the database back into sync, undeploy the VM with force by choosing the "Force Undeploy" menu item (which by the way produces the same results as Undeploy-Discard State does in normal situations).
