Tweaks

For a small performance gain in certain operations on ESX3 and newer, disable the vmfs2 driver in the VMkernel. In smaller storage deployments, the gain probably won't be noticeable but for those who pride themselves in tweaks, this one's for you. The thread below describes a few different methods:
