File level backups

When performing file level backups using VCB, there is a limit of 60 concurrent .vmdk files that may be mounted at one time on the VCB proxy server. While this isn't an issue when backing up one VM at a time which can have up to 60 virtual disks (max 4 SCSI controllers x max 15 devices per controller), it can become a scaling issue when backing up several VMs concurrently with VCB.
