The Lab Manager Media library enables the storage of files (typically these will be .ISO or .FLP images) which can be accessed by the Lab Manager users. There's really no magic. A Media library is nothing more than a native ESX datastore with files on it. It's earmarked as a Media library within Lab Manager to provide user access directly to the folder where the files are located to provide some isolation.
